Hall is managed by an independent charitable trust, which relies
on admissions, donations, bequests and retail activities to fund
the running of both Abbot Hall Art Gallery in Kendal and Blackwell,
the Arts & Crafts house, at Bowness-on-Windermere. By becoming
a Friend of the Lakeland Arts Trust your contribution goes directly
to the Trust helping towards the purchase of works of art for the
growing collection and funding educational activities.
