We
encourage teachers to take part in our INSET sessions to develop skills
in using the artworks as a teaching resource with their pupils. We
hope to stimulate a creative approach to work in the classroom by
enabling teachers to work closely with artists and curators.
Teachers are able to:
- Enjoy
a tour of the gallery and current exhibitions
- Discuss
themes relevant to the curriculum
- Participate
in exercises children would do on a visit
- Enjoy
informal networking opportunities
We are currently planning INSET days for 2008/9 and would be happy
to hear from teachers who have specific topics they would like to
